Holiday Inn Express Oxford Road acquired
The Holiday Inn Express on Oxford Road has been sold to a Singaporean property invesetment firm. The deal between Heeton and the sellers, Manchester Property Holdings Ltd, was handled by Lambert Smith Hampton.
Situated between the Palace Theatre and Manchester Metropolitan University, the twelve-storey hotel has 147 bedrooms extending across 61 sq ft and currently trades at over 80% occupancy.

Zinnia Hotels owned and operated the hotel which opened in 2010, winning the prestigious Brick Development Association’s award for Best Commercial Building. After 6 years of successful trading and acquiring a number of accolades, the hotel was sold in 2016.
